One of my biggest goals for the next semester- and well for the future- is to cook more. I absolutely love to cook, but sometimes when I get busy it is the last thing I want to do. So, I have resolved to making cooking more of a priority in my life because it is healthier, cheaper, and for me a relaxing time to create something delicious. I want to master new recipes of all sorts as well as start collecting recipes from my family and from many cookbooks to put in my yet to be purchased recipe box. My first meal of the year...my mom's chicken soup! This recipe is insanely simple and quick.
